The owners of Support to Thrive have lived experience as one of their immediate family members is a NDIS participant. Our staff have between 2-4 years working specifically within the NDIS framework, but several of our staff have worked with people with disabilities for over 20 years.

We invoice plan managers or participants for the services we provide.

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life. The NDIS also connects anyone with disability to services in their community.
Support coordination is a capacity building support which helps you to: Understand and use you NDIS plan to pursue your goals. Connect you with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services. Build your confidence and skills to use and coordinate your supports.
Not everyone receives funding for support coordination in their plan. The NDIS will only fund support coordination in instances where the participant requires support to build their skills and confidence to manage their NDIS plan independently and don’t have an informal network who can support them with this.
The support you receive through your NDIS plan will depend on your individual needs and the evidence you have provided to the NDIS.
