Fraser Coast – Hervey Bay, Maryborough and surrounding areas.

Our team have more than 15 years of combined NDIS experience, specifically within the NDIS framework. Several of our staff have worked with people with disabilities for over 20 years.

We invoice plan managers, the NDIA, or participants for the services we provide. This depends on how your funding is managed, which is detailed in your Plan.

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life. The NDIS also connects anyone with disability to services in their community.

Support Coordination is a capacity building support which helps you to:
  • Understand and use your NDIS plan to pursue your goals
  • Connect you with NDIS providers, the community, and mainstream and other government services
  • Build your confidence and skills to use and coordinate your supports

Not everyone receives funding for support coordination in their plan. The NDIS will only fund support coordination in instances where the participant requires support to build their skills and confidence to manage their NDIS plan independently and don’t have an informal network who can support them with this.

The support you receive through your NDIS plan will depend on your individual needs and the evidence you have provided to the NDIS.

Yes, you have Choice and Control over which providers you would like to engage with. If you are unhappy with our service, we would love to work with you to address concerns and improve our services. However, you can end your contract with us with seven days notice.
